To minimise the environmental footprint created by your delivery, we offer a door to door service from our warehouse in Bangkok direct to your home.
Delivery Partners
Deliveries within Thailand will be done using the services of Flash Express. Our world-wide delivery partner is Fastship Express who may delegate to FedEx or Aramex depending on the location of service and cost effectiveness. Exceptions to this are deliveries to China and Russia which will involve Fastship All-In and Thaipost E-Packet respectively. All deliveries will be sent under the “priority” classification.
Time To Receive Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, deliveries will be dispatched daily with the exclusion of weekends and public holidays.

Taxes And Duties
All deliveries from Haffenden Kane will be Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This will be done as a courtesy to you, the customer, to assist in calculating the total cost of your purchase. The charging of any duties and taxes at the time of purchase is done in good faith. We take no responsibility for any discrepancy in the duties and taxes charged. All purchases from Haffenden Kane include 10% Goods and Services Tax as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
Responsibility
Once your payment has been confirmed and your items have been dispatched, you will be issued the tracking number of your delivery. Haffenden Kane is not responsible for your delivery once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Our Customer Care Team will however be more than happy to assist to resolve any problems when possible.
Refused Deliveries
If you choose to refuse to accept your delivery, you are still obligated to take responsibility for that delivery. You, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping charges as well any duties or taxes incurred for the delivery to arrive at your selected destination. You will also be responsible for any cost to return the delivery to our warehouse including shipping charges as well as any duties and taxes. The costs incurred during the return process will be deducted off your refund. We take no responsibility for what charges, taxes and duties are charged to you for a refused delivery.
